Sizing and fit guidance is provided to help customers choose the most suitable size.

Some Dons Fortress products are designed with oversized, relaxed, structured, regular, tapered, wide-leg or fitted silhouettes. Customers should read the product description and fit notes carefully before ordering.

If you are unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing an order.

Dons Fortress is not responsible for a customer selecting the wrong size, although your statutory rights and our returns process may still apply.

 

  1. Pricing, VAT and Currency

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or made available at checkout.

Our prices are VAT-inclusive where VAT applies. We do not add VAT on top at checkout.

Where VAT, duties, taxes or other charges apply, they will be treated in accordance with applicable law, checkout settings, delivery destination and fulfilment method.

Prices may change at any time without notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us, unless there has been an obvious pricing error.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product errors or checkout errors. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel the order.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product or products.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted, produced or dispatched.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where necessary, including where payment cannot be verified, the product is unavailable, there is a pricing or stock error, fraud is suspected, delivery information is incomplete, fulfilment is not possible, or the order breaches these Terms of Service.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Dons Fortress does not store full card details.

Orders may be subject to fraud checks, payment verification and security review. We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if payment appears unauthorised, suspicious or high risk.

Some Dons Fortress products may be produced, finished, packed or fulfilled after an order has been placed.

Production and fulfilment times may vary depending on product type, order volume, product availability, operational capacity, destination and seasonal demand.

Estimated processing, fulfilment or delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

Where an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to offer a replacement, alternative, delayed fulfilment or refund.

 

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options, delivery estimates and shipping charges are shown at checkout where available.

Customers currently pay a shipping charge unless a free-shipping threshold or promotion applies. Dons Fortress may absorb part of the true delivery cost as part of our customer-experience approach.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production, fulfilment, courier networks, customs, weather, public holidays, address issues, security checks or events outside our control.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the relevant courier or fulfilment partner.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Dons Fortress is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, loss or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If your order is returned to sender, delayed, lost or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us so we can review the matter.

 

  1. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs checks, import duties, taxes, brokerage fees or other charges depending on the destination country.

Where duties, taxes or import charges are collected at checkout or handled through a delivered-duty-paid arrangement, this will be reflected in the checkout experience where applicable.

Where such charges are not collected at checkout, the customer may be responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, fees or customs charges required by the destination country.

Dons Fortress is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, border checks or local import procedures.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered can lawfully be imported into their country.

 

  1. Returns and Cancellation Rights

We want customers to be satisfied with their order. If you need help with a return, cancellation or refund request, please contact us at shop@donsfortress.com.

For online purchases, customers may have a legal right to cancel an order within a limited period after receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any legal exceptions. UK online sellers must tell customers about their cancellation rights, and customers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after delivery for eligible online purchases.

To request a cancellation or return, you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us of your cancellation, goods should usually be returned within 14 days unless we agree otherwise.

Returned items should be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and returned with original tags, packaging and any included items where possible.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, or where they are returned damaged, worn, altered, washed, marked, scented or incomplete, where permitted by law.

For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for return postage unless we confirm otherwise or unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

  1. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@donsfortress.com.

Please include your order number, full name, a clear description of the issue, and photographs or video showing the fault, damage or incorrect item. Where relevant, please also include photographs of the packaging.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will review the matter and offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law. Businesses must not mislead customers about their legal refund and return rights, and sale items carry the same refund rights as full-price items where legal rights apply.

We may request evidence or further information before approving a remedy.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect washing, failure to follow care instructions, alteration, improper storage or damage caused after delivery may not be treated as a product fault.

 

  1. Refunds

Approved refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method used at checkout, unless another method is agreed or required.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider, bank, card issuer or checkout method.

Where a full order is validly cancelled within the applicable statutory cancellation period, qualifying payments will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

Where only part of an order is returned or cancelled, any refund may relate only to the returned or cancelled item or items, unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping charges, duties, taxes or other costs may be treated differently depending on the reason for the return, the order destination, the fulfilment method and applicable law.

Dons Fortress may, at its discretion, choose to offer a more generous resolution than the minimum required by law. Any such discretionary resolution does not create an automatic entitlement in future cases.
